• Must be able to lead full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies for skilled trades, field personnel, and professionals.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Partner with hiring managers on staffing and workforce planning.
• Screen, interview, and coordinate selections.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for union and non-union positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies for skilled trades, field personnel, and professionals.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future workforce needs.
• Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs and long-term planning.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and selection coordination.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Represent the company at career fairs and events.
• Continuously improve hiring processes and recruiting effectiveness.
• Build relationships to understand career interests and development goals.
• Support apprenticeship and workforce development initiatives.
• Follow up with employees after training to assess effectiveness.
