Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. seeks a Talent Activation Specialist to advise clients on talent strategy and usage of ADP talent tools. You will partner with internal HR partners, relationship managers and sales to drive adoption and outcomes across talent acquisition, management and activation.

You will coach junior teammates, manage complex initiatives, and contribute to regional talent projects while ensuring a high-value client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a technology-related field.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of directly related experience across at least 3 talent disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class consulting for HRO clients focusing on talent strategy and tool adoption.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, teams and markets to drive initiatives.
• Coach junior associates and assist with onboarding and development.
• Ensure a high-quality client experience and maximize adoption of ADP talent solutions.
• Participate in regional initiatives, product launches and special talent projects.
