  • Continuously improve hiring processes and recruiting effectiveness.

Workforce Development

  • Build relationships with employees to understand career interests, strengths, and development goals.
  • Partner with supervisors to identify skill gaps, advancement opportunities, and workforce development needs.

  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees seeking career growth opportunities.
  • Build positive working relationships with employees across all levels of the organization.
  • Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers before, during, and after the hiring process.
  • Provide guidance on recruiting strategies and candidate market conditions.
  • Promote accountability throughout the hiring process by ensuring timely feedback and communication.
  • Collaborate with managers to support employee growth and retention initiatives.

Data, Reporting & Process Ownership

  • Maintain accurate recruiting, candidate pipeline, workforce development, and employee follow-up records.
  • Ensure ATS, CRM, and workforce planning systems remain current and accurate.
