Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performance management: support reviews, maintain docs, address performance issues.
• Compensation and benefits: administer benefits, assist payroll, respond to questions.

• Training and development: coordinate trainings and track participation.
• Data analytics and reporting: analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights.
