Job summary

Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruiting for exempt, non-exempt, temporary and student roles. You will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Proficiency with ATS and HRIS, strong sourcing skills, and solid knowledge of employment laws are essential.

Qualifications

• 60 college credits in HR, Business or related field; Bachelor's preferred.
• 7–10 years of HR experience with full-cycle recruitment acceptable.
• PHR/SHRM-CP/APHR certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for exempt, non-exempt, temporary and student roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and competencies.
• Develop sourcing strategies across job boards, social media and community partnerships.
• Screen candidates using structured methods and anchored rubrics.
• Coordinate interviews and advise managers on best practices.
• Administer ATS for requisitions, tracking and compliance documentation.
• Generate recruitment metrics and reports for workforce planning.
• Support onboarding including background checks and orientation.
• Maintain records per EEO, ADA, FCRA and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to recruitment process improvements and audit readiness.
