Job summary

Hatch is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Pittsburgh-based team on a 12-month contract. You will support end-to-end recruitment across the USA, manage requisitions, assist with shortlisting, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, leveraging SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and accurate recruitment data for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• :Experience in administrative, coordination, or support role, ideally within HR or Talent Acquisition.
• :Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology, or related discipline will be well regarded but are not essential.
• :Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• :Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience using an Applicant Tracking System such as SuccessFactors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment administration across the USA region.
• Create and manage requisitions and candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist with candidate shortlisting and pre-screening activities.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage background checks, pre-employment testing, and onboarding documentation.
• Prepare and issue employment contracts and offer letters.
• Support named hires and other targeted recruitment activities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare recruitment reports and insights as required.
