Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our USA region working from our Pittsburgh, PA office location for a 12-month contract position.
Reporting to the Senior Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist, the candidate will support the region in all aspects of our USA campus strategy to attract the best and the brightest talent to the organization. The role will enable the attraction of diverse talent and develop talent pipelines for Hatch through co-ops, internships, and new graduate opportunities.
At Hatch, we greatly value in-person interaction and collaboration and are therefore an in-office environment. While flexibility is always provided to work remotely when needed, we encourage our teams to be in the office for most of the time. We encourage candidates to connect with their recruiter and hiring manager to understand workplace expectations and ensure the role aligns with their goals.
