Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the USA region from our Pittsburgh, PA office on a 12-month contract. You will execute the campus strategy, manage high-volume full-cycle recruiting for students and new graduates, and serve as the primary contact with target schools.

Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our USA region working from our Pittsburgh, PA office location for a 12-month contract position.

Reporting to the Senior Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist, the candidate will support the region in all aspects of our USA campus strategy to attract the best and the brightest talent to the organization. The role will enable the attraction of diverse talent and develop talent pipelines for Hatch through co-ops, internships, and new graduate opportunities.

At Hatch, we greatly value in-person interaction and collaboration and are therefore an in-office environment. While flexibility is always provided to work remotely when needed, we encourage our teams to be in the office for most of the time. We encourage candidates to connect with their recruiter and hiring manager to understand workplace expectations and ensure the role aligns with their goals.

As the successful candidate, you will:

• Execute the campus strategy, providing high volume full-cycle recruiting support across the USA for students and new graduates
• Manage the day-to-day recruitment operations and provide reporting on campus analytics
• Serve as the primary point of contact for USA target schools and manage the relationship between Hatch and various educational institutions
• Act as a trusted advisor and work closely with internal stakeholders to establish a tailored recruiting approach at target schools
• Serve as a "Brand Ambassador" to expand our external footprint to build the Hatch Brand through social media and other channels

You bring to the role:

• 1-3 years of full cycle, high-volume campus recruitment experience; preferably for engineering or technical students and graduates
• Current knowledge and understanding of best practices including effective approaches to attraction, recruitment, and selection in the campus recruitment space
• College or university degree in Human Resources, or related field preferred
• Proven ability to manage high volume campus recruitment in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• A continuous improvement mindset, always striving to improve the candidate, client and recruiter experience
• Experience defining and tracking success and KPIs on campus program initiatives
• Able to handle and manage conflicting priorities with high attention to detail, accuracy, follow-up and follow-through skills
• Strong business acumen and understanding of key business drivers
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships and rapport quickly and deliver outstanding internal and external service
• Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically: see, understand, and support the big picture, while also executing specifics on the ground alongside the team
• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives
