Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Pittsburgh team on a 12-month on-site contract. You will source top talent, partner with HR, and drive recruitment initiatives globally while promoting inclusion and diversity. This role focuses on engineering and technical roles across geographies.

You will build relationships with internal clients and external partners, implement attraction strategies, and stay current on market trends to support Hatch’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for tough-to-fill engineering and technical roles preferred.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Source top talent and implement talent attraction strategies in partnership with global and regional specialists.
• Augment and implement strategies for sourcing scarce talent across geographies and demographics.
• Manage and foster relationships with business partners and HR partners.
• Be a champion of inclusion and diversity.
• Establish and maintain talent market expertise including industry trends and recruiting platforms.
• Build and maintain brand awareness and a network of industry contacts.
