Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the USA region from our Pittsburgh, PA office on a 12-month contract. You will execute the campus strategy, manage high-volume full-cycle recruiting for students and new graduates, and serve as the primary contact with target schools.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tailored recruiting approaches, build pipelines through co-ops and internships, and promote Hatch’s brand via social channels while

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of full cycle, high-volume campus recruitment experience; preferably for engineering or technical students and graduates.
• Knowledge of best practices in attraction, recruitment, and campus selection.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume campus recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute the campus strategy, providing high volume full-cycle recruiting support across the USA for students and new graduates.
• Manage day-to-day recruitment operations and provide reporting on campus analytics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for USA target schools and manage Hatch's relationships with educational institutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor and collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor recruiting approaches at target schools.
• Promote Hatch as a Brand Ambassador through social media and other channels.
