Hatch is seeking a motivated and organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team based in Pittsburgh on a 12-month contract. Reporting to the Lead, Talent Acquisition - USA, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment activities across the region. Working within a collaborative and high-performing team, you'll gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle while helping deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
You have previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role, ideally within Human Resources or Talent Acquisition. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline will be well regarded but are not essential. You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong technology skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, are essential, and experience using an Applicant Tracking System such as SuccessFactors will be advantageous. Most importantly, you are a proactive team player who takes ownership of tasks, follows through on commitments, and demonstrates professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
