• Experience with invoice processing or vendor administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, teams and seniority levels.
• Serve as SME for the Rooster interview scheduling platform.
• Support recruiting systems including Workday Recruiting and other ATS tools.
• Process recruiting vendor invoices and expense reimbursements.
• Maintain recruiting documentation and identify workflow improvements.
• Explore AI-enabled tools and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
