We are seeking an organized, proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting operations, interview scheduling, and recruiting technology administration in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, teams, and seniority levels.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the Rooster interview scheduling platform.
• Support recruiting systems, including Workday Recruiting and other ATS tools.
• Process recruiting vendor invoices and expense reimbursements.
• Maintain recruiting documentation and identify opportunities to improve workflows.
• Explore AI-enabled tools and process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Coordination, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or a related field.
• Experience with interview scheduling platforms and ATS tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with invoice processing, expense reimbursements, or vendor administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation, and recruiting technology is a plus.

Day-to-Day Focus:

• 60-70% interview scheduling and coordination.
• Approximately 20% invoice processing and expense reimbursements.
• Remaining time dedicated to process improvement and related operational activities.

Experience with Rooster is preferred but not required; candidates with other interview scheduling platform experience will be considered. AI and automation expertise is not mandatory.
