Job summary

RealREPP is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting efforts in Las Vegas. You will schedule phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across multiple time zones, communicate with hiring managers and candidates, and manage logistics for referral and compliance programs.

You will oversee ATS administration, audit candidate records for data quality, generate reports on recruiting metrics, and collaborate with recruiters to keep candidates progressing smoothly.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience scheduling Outlook at high volume.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and internet tools.
• Ability to read and write standard business communications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
