CareMetx is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the recruiting function, ensuring a smooth, professional candidate experience. You will manage scheduling, communications, and administrative tasks while contributing to process improvements and recruiting campaigns.

This developmental role provides hands-on exposure to sourcing, candidate engagement, and best practices, with a growth path into a Recruiter position as you build foundational recruiting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment by managing candidate pipelines and requisition status.
• Assist with scheduling interviews across time zones and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Prepare offer letters, initiate background checks, and onboarding tasks with HR Operations.
• Maintain ATS data entry, updates, and recruiting metrics.
• Shadow recruiters and assist with sourcing candidates.
