Under guidance from experienced recruiters, you will learn how to identify potential candidates, conduct outreach, and support hiring across multiple business units, with room to grow into a recruiter role.

Qualifications

• Interest in talent acquisition and recruiting as a career.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow instructions, and meet deadlines.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; willingness to learn new systems.
• Comfort conducting online research and communicating with new people.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to ask questions, and openness to feedback.
• Experience in administrative support, customer service, HR, or recruiting (preferred).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or applicant tracking systems (preferred).
• Experience coordinating calendars, meetings, or events (preferred).
• Interest in engineering, manufacturing, and technical careers (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Schedule candidate screenings, interviews, and follow‑up meetings.
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting trackers.
• Assist with posting and updating job openings.
• Support onboarding documents and pre‑employment items.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication.
• Participate in recruiting team meetings and learn about roles.
• Shadow recruiters and assist with sourcing and outreach.
