Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview experience from setup through pre-boarding and orientation.
• Schedule virtual and in-person interviews; manage travel and reimbursements.
• Prepare interview guides, assessments, and agendas for interviewers.
• Process background checks and maintain assessment database.
• Administer post-offer paperwork and onboarding tasks.
• Support HR projects and act as backup for other recruiters.
