You will own interview coordination, platform administration, and operational excellence initiatives, leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve processes and productivity.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in recruiting coordination or TA operations, with experience in Workday Recruiting and recruiting tech stacks, strong organizational skills,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or TA operations.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar ATS.
• Strong experience with interview scheduling and recruiting technologies.
• Experience managing invoices or vendor relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with workflow automation and AI-enabled productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones and seniority levels.
• Administer the interview scheduling platform and drive continuous improvement.
• Support recruiting operations within Workday and other talent tech.
• Process and reconcile vendor invoices and assist with vendor management.
• Develop recruiting process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows using technology and automation.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and reporting.
