Starkey Laboratories, based in Eden Prairie, MN, seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers through the full candidate journey with attention to detail and excellent service. The role includes scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks, and handling onboarding documentation.

You will partner with HR, legal, and executives, assist with job fairs, and help create interview materials while maintaining a smooth candidate experience across the US,

Qualifications

• 1 year of coordinator or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office; heavy Excel use.
• Proficiency in calendaring.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all detail for the Starkey Candidate Interview Experience from Interview set up through Pre-Boarding and Orientation.
• Schedule virtual interviews (Teams) and in-person interviews at national clinic locations.
• Coordinate candidate travel arrangements and handle reimbursement.
• Coordinate with department admins and executive assistants as needed.
• Send confirmations emails and call to confirm interviews.
• Prepare interview guides, pre-employment assessments and agendas.
• Perform background checks and related documentation; liaise with Employment Attorney on discrepancies.
• Administer preboarding in ATS and ensure new hire paperwork is complete.
• Create offer letters and Restrictive Covenants with Recruiter and Employment Attorney; save to ATS.
• Create and maintain process documentation for recruiters and hiring managers.
• Distribute first-day details to new hires and managers.
• Track and payout new hire bonuses (sign-on & referral).
• Coordinate benefits meetings and orientation events for new hires.
• Work with Immigration Specialist on tasks.
