Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator 2 to support the talent acquisition process in Nashville with partial remote work. This short-term, 2-month contract offers a pay rate of $20-26/hr and focuses on administrative recruitment, candidate sourcing, and full-cycle coordination from sourcing through onboarding.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience (including high-volume recruiting), and Workday proficiency with strong skills in Excel, Outlook, Word.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of related recruiting or staffing experience; 1+ year in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience with Workday is required; proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review, revise, and publish open job requisitions.
• Source candidates via web-based recruiting methods, social media, referrals and networking.
• Prescreen applicants to ensure qualifications match based on work history, training, education, and job skills.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate details with hiring managers and HR teams.
• Partner with managers to form candidate evaluations and make hiring recommendations.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and the ATS to maintain spreadsheets, track open positions, and manage candidate records.
• Develop and maintain recruiting status reports and provide updates and metrics on recruiting efforts.
• Extend candidate offers and support the onboarding process.
• Assist with general HR-related activities as needed.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
