Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator II to support recruiting operations within the Human Resources team in Lowell, AR.

Under close supervision, you will assist day-to-day tasks, engage non-driver leads, screen and refer candidates, and maintain CRM activity. Key responsibilities include coordinating communications across channels, supporting recruiters, and ensuring compliance with equal employment opportunity practices while contributing to a fast-paced hiring

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 6+ months related experience or military equivalent.
• Preferred two-year degree in business, communications, or psychology with 1-2 years’ related experience.
• Ability to act professionally, communicate effectively, multitask and prioritize in a team setting.
• Experience coordinating events and handling logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage non-driver leads from ATS/CRM and other resources via calls, email, chat or campaigns.
• Maintain contact with candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Build relationships and confirm interest throughout the hiring process.
• Screen, assess and refer candidates to suitable positions, partner with recruiters.
• Keep CRM updated in real time on candidate activity and ensure compliance with EEO policies.
