Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator II to support the recruiting team’s day-to-day efforts. Under close supervision, you will perform routine tasks to facilitate recruitment for all candidates within a business unit.

You will engage leads from ATS/CRM, maintain contact with applicants, screen and refer candidates, and ensure real-time updates in the CRM. This role emphasizes compliance and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 6+ months of related experience.
• Preferred: Associate's degree with 1–2 years of experience, education, and training.
• Demonstrated ability to act professionally, communicate effectively, multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating events and managing logistics; strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage non-driver leads from ATS, CRM and other resources by cold calling, email, chat, SMS or campaigns.
• Maintain contact with non-driver leads, applicants and candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and confirm interest throughout hiring process.
• Screen, assess and refer candidates to appropriate positions.
• Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs for each open position.
• Ensure CRM and Recruiters are updated in real time on candidate activity.
• Conduct duties in a compliant manner with equal employment opportunity principles.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
