The successful candidate will build relationships with drivers, review submissions for eligibility, and coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth transitions. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with experience in driver recruiting preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated ability to process information with accuracy and communicate effectively.
• Experience in driver recruiting or similar personnel coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with JB Hunt drivers seeking new opportunities.
• Review portal submissions to evaluate eligibility for open positions.
• Coordinate transfers with internal teams to ensure efficient processes.
• Facilitate relocation and onboarding support for drivers as needed.
• Maintain driver documentation accuracy in the database.
