J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator I to support the recruiting team in Lowell, AR. The role focuses on coordinating high-volume and complex recruiting tasks, ensuring timely progress and end-to-end ownership of assignments.

The incumbent will schedule candidate travel, inform applicants of status, and facilitate pre-employment steps such as background and drug screening while supporting day-to-day recruitment activities within the Human Resources function.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 6+ months of related experience.
• 1-2 years of experience, education, and training preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively through all mediums.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating events and managing logistics.
• Experience working in a customer service role.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Self-manage assigned recruiting coordination activities across high-volume and complex tasks with end-to-end ownership.
• Schedule and coordinate travel for candidates and orientation for new hires.
• Inform applicants about position details and application status.
• Initiate and facilitate pre-employment steps (background and drug screening).
• Provide general recruiting support as needed.
