• Self manage assigned recruiting coordination activities across high-volume and complex tasks.
• Apply policies and guidelines independently with sound judgment.
• Schedule and coordinate travel for candidates.
• Inform applicants of position details and status.
• Initiate and facilitate pre-employment processes (background and drug screening).
• Schedule orientation and prepare new hires for day one.
• Provide other recruiting support as needed.
