You will build a pool of qualified candidates and hand off to the Recruiting team for final hiring, with emphasis on communication and timely progression. The role requires excellent telephone skills, persistence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in recruiting, sales, or call center a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly via phone and email.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound cold calling in a fast-paced environment to generate driver interest and maintain a pipeline of candidates.
• Manage inbound inquiries to convert leads into active candidates.
• Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and email to sustain engagement.
• Work daily call queues and dialing systems to meet activity targets.
• Source and engage leads from databases, internet resources, and recruiting campaigns; pre-qualify candidates per DOT requirements.
