Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions seeks a Program Specialist I to build relationships with Hiring Managers and manage the full lifecycle of requisitions, from intake to onboarding, across North America. The role supports timely delivery of quality talent and acts as a trusted talent advisor.

You will coordinate sourcing, shortlisting, onboarding, and time/expense management while maintaining accurate records in CRM and related systems. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred
• Experience in high-volume coordination activities
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Client hiring manager/supplier facing
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong documentation and follow up skills
• Strong time management
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• MS Office proficiency (Excel/Word/PPT)
• Able to work independently with some direction
• Customer focused

Responsibilities

• Assist client managers through requisition intake, sourcing, and shortlisting
• Gather detailed job descriptions by asking targeted questions for intake sessions
• Document intake conversations in CRM and VMS/AGS360
• Use reports to monitor open requirements and advise on supplier sourcing
• Define expectations and timelines with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Coach and oversee staffing suppliers’ performance
• Log issues and track resolutions in CRM to completion
• Monitor contract SLA, requisition aging, invoicing and vendor compliance
• Maintain monthly activity and performance reports
• Interact with clients, vendors, contract personnel and partners regularly
• Assist with worker assignment management and cost-center changes
• Coordinate paperwork before start and end of assignments
• Ensure all work orders are closed with finish reasons
