• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with all levels.

• Coordinate interview schedules (virtual and onsite) across the company.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and executive assistant team.
• Manage recruiting calendars, conferencing logistics, and candidate travel reimbursements.
• Log reschedules/cancellations in Greenhouse and keep records up to date.
• Identify workflow improvements to save recruiters time and automate repetitive tasks.
