Job summary

Ampere, a Santa Clara-based semiconductor design company, is seeking a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join its Talent Acquisition team. This hybrid role requires onsite presence 2–3 days per week and includes back-up facilities support in the Santa Clara office, while primarily coordinating interview scheduling across time zones and interviewers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination and interview scheduling.
• Experience coordinating for executive leadership and managing complex calendars is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Jobvite experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong proofreading skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule complex interviews involving multiple interviewers across time zones.
• Manage overlapping calendars to simplify interview logistics.
• Deliver a responsive, professional candidate experience from scheduling through onboarding.
• Proactively manage interview-related communications with candidates, recruiters and hiring teams.
• Use Jobvite to accurately manage candidate and interview data and collaborate on process improvements.
