Job summary

Think Academy Silicon Valley is seeking a motivated Recruiting Coordinator to support our U.S. recruiting team with organization and proactive scheduling.

This part-time hybrid role requires on-site presence in San Jose during designated hours Tuesday through Friday, with additional recruiting and administrative work potentially completed remotely. You will manage candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and partner with hiring managers and HR to move fast-moving hiring processes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience in recruiting, HR, campus recruiting, or related area preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Must be available to work on-site in San Jose during designated hours Tuesday through Friday.
• Ability to commit approximately 15–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and screen resumes for multiple openings.
• Coordinate interviews: scheduling, communication, materials, and feedback collection.
• Conduct HR screening calls to assess qualifications, availability, and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs and profiles.
• Create and maintain job postings across LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, and others.
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting pipelines in Greenhouse and internal systems.
• Support campus recruiting initiatives, including university partnerships and career fairs.
• Assist with employee referral programs and other recruiting/HR projects as needed.
