HSMC in Milford, MA is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support staffing for human services organizations. You will post openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews, while managing onboarding and background checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in Human Resources and/or Recruiting preferred.
• Previous experience in Human Services a plus.
• Strong computer skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively within a diverse employee population.

Responsibilities

• Posting all open positions on approved recruitment platforms.
• Reviewing applications and resumes and conducting brief phone screens.
• Maintaining all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
• Collecting and submitting background screening paperwork.
• Scheduling and coordinating new hire dates with involved parties.
• Confirming offers of employment and collecting required HR documentation.
