Job summary

Somatus in McLean, VA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide administrative and operational HR support. You will work with Recruiters to understand staffing needs and guide candidates through their journey, handling onboarding and data management in the ATS.

The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence two to three days per week at our McLean headquarters. A High School diploma is required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred and 2+ years of HR admin experience.

Qualifications

• 1) High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2) 2+ years of administrative and/or HR administrative experience.
• 3) Experience using HR software such as iCIMS and Workday.
• 4) Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interviews and schedule with Hiring Managers.
• Support onboarding tasks and maintain ATS data integrity.
• Liaise with Executive Assistants for calendar management and onboarding.
• Ensure timely responses to candidate inquiries and maintain candidate profiles.
