Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the internal TA team across the full recruiting lifecycle, partnering closely with recruiters, external staff, and stakeholders to deliver a smooth hiring experience for candidates.

Based in El Segundo, you will manage requisitions in Workday, coordinate interviews, and own candidate communication through the process. You will also handle offers, onboarding, and I-9 verification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in a related role.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems preferred but not required.
• Experience with PowerPoint and Canva is a plus.
• Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy and a proactive mindset to leverage new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage requisitions and candidate workflow in Workday (ATS) and maintain data for weekly reporting.
• Support end-to-end recruitment execution and update candidate records, references, and background checks.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews, including office tours for full-time and temporary roles.
• Own candidate communication and keep applicants informed throughout the process.
• Assist with offer letters, onboarding logistics, and I-9 verification for new hires and interns.
• Coordinate temporary/contingent workforce with staffing agency partners.
