Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Plan and attend recruiting events, including webinars and career fairs.
• Maintain applicant tracking system records and compliance docs.
• Assist with onboarding, welcome kits, and orientation scheduling.
• Provide admin support such as scheduling team meetings and travel.
