You will work with the RPO provider, handle scheduling, documentation, and candidate communications, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and timely experience for applicants.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting high volume hiring environments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Clear, professional communication and relationship building ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities with the RPO provider; no sourcing.
• Support end-to-end interview scheduling and candidate flow management.
• Partner with interview teams to drive timely hiring decisions.
• Maintain audit-ready interview documentation.
• Monitor candidate evaluations against role requirements.
