Job summary

FastTek Global in Warsaw, IN is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume hiring in a fast-growing manufacturing environment. You will coordinate recruiting activities with our RPO partner, manage end-to-end interview scheduling, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from scheduling to onboarding.

You will track pre-start compliances, maintain accurate records, and help align hiring with ramp targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear, professional communication and relationship-building ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities with the RPO provider; this role does not perform sourcing.
• Support end-to-end interview scheduling, coordination, and candidate flow management.
• Partner with interview teams to drive timely and effective hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate, complete interview documentation.
• Ensure candidate evaluations align with defined role requirements and hiring criteria.
• Monitor staffing plans and ramp targets to forecast hiring needs.
• Provide onboarding coordination and ensure a positive candidate experience.
