Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of recruiting coordinator or similar administrative experience preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and applications, communicating with the recruiting team.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate information.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, and set up video conferences.
• Communicate interview details and candidate questions to stakeholders.
• Coordinate interview feedback and evaluations from interviewers.
• Prepare offer letters, contracts, and required documents.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and integrity.
• Support career fairs and recruiting events as needed.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through professionalism and timely communication.
• Partner with hiring managers on onboarding handoffs and processes.
