Job summary

Foundation Building Materials (FBM) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment and onboarding across our organization, partnering with the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR team.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting activities, coordinate interviews, ensure compliance, and maintain candidate records in iCIMS, contributing to a high-performing workforce and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or HR administration strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist with full-cycle recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume review, and initial candidate screenings as directed.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interview schedules and logistics, including meeting rooms, Teams interviews, and communication with candidates and interviewers via phone, email, and text.
• Facilitate onboarding by initiating background checks, drug screenings, and documentation.
• Prepare and distribute job offer letters and related employment documentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local posting requirements and I-9/work authorization regulations.
