Foundation Building Materials in the United States (PA region) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment and onboarding across FBM and UDHG partnerships. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ATS experience preferred.
• High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Proactive problem-solver with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with full-cycle recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume review, and initial screenings.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates with timely updates throughout the process.
• Coordinate interview schedules and logistics, including Microsoft Teams interviews and communications with candidates and interviewers.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by initiating background checks and ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Prepare and distribute job offer letters and related employment documentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment posting requirements and I-9 / work authorization regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in iCIMS (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with data protection standards.
• Partner with the Human Resources Analyst to compile recruitment data and support reporting related to funnel metrics, time-to-fill, and candidate status.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and report preparation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to identify hiring needs and support effective sourcing strategies.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Represent FBM professionally while upholding company values and culture.
