SageHome, the aging-in-place specialist, in Indianapolis is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our expanding team across New Bath Today, Midwest Bath, Smart Bath, and CareFree Home Pros. You will assist recruiters, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and streamline onboarding.

You should have 1–2 years in Talent Acquisition, strong administrative and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and an ATS.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting.
• Strong administrative support skills.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple assignments.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist Talent Acquisition Specialists with screening candidates from the ATS, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
• Generate offers letters in UKG Ready, complete I-9 documentation and onboarding information.
• Manage onboarding steps including background checks, new hire documents, and hiring process via ATS.
• Schedule hotel and travel for new hires when needed.
• Oversee candidate engagement from offer acceptance to first day of training.
• Other duties as assigned.
