The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, strong communication, and proficiency with ATS (Greenhouse) and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating interviews, scheduling, and recruitment logistics.
• Proficiency with ATS, preferably Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment activities for experienced professionals and graduate hires.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates, agencies, and applicants.
• Review and screen resumes to meet minimum qualifications and requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders.
• Administer and monitor candidate assessments and testing environments.
• Consolidate and communicate interview feedback and hiring recommendations.
• Manage recruitment data in the ATS, job postings, pipelines, and reports.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities and onboarding tasks.
