Family Resource Home Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing TA team. You will recruit caregivers, onboarding, and operational staff to support our mission of reaching more clients and improving lives.

The role emphasizes high-volume recruiting, ATS management, and a strong candidate experience. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of high-volume recruiting experience, can conduct 6–10 phone interviews daily, and have a proven track record of meeting hiring targets

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring 40+ employees per month.
• Ability to provide examples of past performance goals/metrics and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Recruit caregivers to join our organization.
• Manage the recruiting process from job posting to offers, including 6–10 phone interviews per day.
• Maintain and optimize ATS workflow and candidate status updates.
• Support hiring team with recruitment process improvements and assessments.
