Job summary

Stark Tech is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our HR team at the Longwood, FL office. This role covers the candidate journey from first contact through offer, partnering with TA Specialists and hiring managers to keep the process moving in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate interviews, screenings, verifications, and events, while helping build strong pipelines, including college partnerships, to sustain Stark Tech’s growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience supporting recruitment and selection processes.
• Experience supporting recruitment across multiple roles in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiar with ATS/CMS and basic reporting needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities from review through offer.
• Conduct preliminary phone screens and assist with candidate movement.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews using an ATS (Phenom), keeping candidates and hiring teams informed.
• Coordinate employment verifications, reference checks, and background screenings through a third-party partner.
• Support Employee Referral Program and internal mobility processes.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to support early-career pipelines.
• Coordinate job fairs and recruiting events, including planning, logistics, and on-site representation.
• Recommend process improvements and support ad hoc Talent Acquisition initiatives.
