Job summary

Stark Tech seeks a Senior Sales Coordinator to join our Tampa team. You will collaborate with the sales group to engage clients, timely process orders, monitor bookings, and manage changes and renewals. You will maintain bid lists and communicate customer statuses across departments.

The role requires a high school diploma (a higher business degree is preferred) and US work authorization. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales management software is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 10 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or coordination roles.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Handle order entry promptly and accurately.
• Monitor bookings and track status for sales orders.
• Manage change orders and renewal agreements.
