Job summary

Condé Nast is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Coordinator in New York, NY to support a team of up to five recruiters, including the VP of Talent Acquisition. You will manage sourcing, candidate screening, offer communications and onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

You will coordinate Summer intern programs, background checks, and interview logistics for executive and C-suite levels, while partnering with legal and HR to stay compliant with hiring laws each year.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of TA practices and experience facing senior executives and executive assistants.
• Familiarity with sourcing, pipelining candidates and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficient in Workday and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate talent acquisition activities for Condé Nast, supporting up to 5 recruiters including the VP of Talent Acquisition.
• Handle offer letters, new hire communications and onboarding processes.
