Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment coordination.
• Thrived in high-volume recruitment environments.
• Experience in fast-paced technology organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client talent acquisition and hiring teams to move candidates through the interview process.
• Own the candidate experience and create memorable interactions to attract top talent.
• Schedule candidate interviews, travel, and logistics in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage calendars across various time zones.
• Attend stakeholder and feedback meetings with recruiting partners.
• Manage room booking for interviewers and on-site interviews.
• Work with cross-functional partners to develop and improve recruiting processes.
