Job summary

Chicago Trading Company (CTC) is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role handles interview scheduling, candidate communications, and collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers across multiple lines of business.

You'll manage pipeline tracking, requisition data, and reporting, ensure ATS integrity, and assist with offers, background checks, and onboarding. A fast-paced, team-oriented environment awaits you at CTC.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting coordination or HR operations experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling and logistics end-to-end for experienced hire candidates across multiple business lines
• Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the process, ensuring a consistent and professional experience that reflects CTC's brand
• Partner with recruiters on pipeline management, requisition tracking, and reporting to keep searches moving efficiently and firm leadership apprised of search progress
• Ensure ATS data integrity and generate recruiting metrics that inform team decisions
• Support offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding handoffs
• Identify process gaps and contribute to improvements as the TA function evolves
