Job summary

You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates, handle scheduling across rooms, video and MS Teams, and maintain timely, professional communication while upholding data integrity and process governance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience within Human Resources and/or recruiting preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Interview scheduling and coordinating with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates.
• Coordinate availability, room, video, phone and MS Teams details.
• Reschedule interviews as needed and manage workload priorities.
• Maintain prompt, professional communication with all stakeholders.
• Support candidate interviews’ T&E and act as candidate concierge.
