Job summary

Toyota North America is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in Plano, Texas. The role provides administrative and operational support for the Talent Acquisition College Programs team, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

The successful candidate will help manage internships and co-ops across TMNA entities, coordinate interviews, reports, and events, and support pre-hire activities including background checks and orientation. Relocation assistance is not available.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or closely related area.
• Proven ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Experience with Workday.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for Toyota’s internship and co-op programs across TMNA.
• Prepare and maintain analytics, reports, and process documentation.
• Support recruiting activities to build a strong pipeline of internship and co-op candidates.
• Coordinate communications and logistics among recruiters, candidates, and others during fairs and events.
• Complete additional projects and process improvements for recruiting operations.
