Magnit Direct Source is recruiting a Recruiter for a 12-month temporary assignment in Plano, Texas. The role supports talent acquisition for Toyota, managing full-cycle recruiting and interview scheduling to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

You will partner with hiring leaders, source top talent via multiple channels, and own the coordination of pre-employment steps while applying consistent process improvements and compliance across the recruiting lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience with full-cycle recruiting.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence hiring leaders at all levels.
• Sourcing and candidate assessment skills using platforms like LinkedIn and Dice.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage scheduling and priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a focus on candidate experience.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from requisition intake through offer and pre-employment steps.
• Source, attract, and engage qualified talent through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and job boards.
• Conduct recruiter screens and evaluate candidates against qualifications.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring leaders and provide market insights.
• Own candidate interview scheduling and coordination using Phenom for efficient calendars.
• Monitor recruiting activity and ensure candidates move through each stage promptly.
• Manage offer processes, including compensation discussions and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the ATS.
• Leverage data and recruiting tech to improve sourcing and scheduling efficiency.
