Job summary

Toyota North America is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst, External Workforce & MSP, to join our Plano, TX team. The role emphasizes governance over MSP programs, data quality, and scalable processes for external workers and supplier relationships.

The analyst will own operational oversight, audits, and continuous improvement, collaborating with HR, procurement, and finance to drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliant workforce strategy. This is a US-based role requiring travel about 25%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in MSP programs, workforce management, vendor management, or related operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational lead for MSP and external workforce processes including intake, requisition support, onboarding, assignment changes, extensions, and invoicing.
• Lead workforce audits, data validation, lifecycle controls, and remediation actions for compliance and risk.
• Drive external workforce classification, staff augmentation reviews, and SOW-to-contingent conversions.
• Partner with MSP, suppliers, Procurement/IPSS, HR Technology, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to adopt approved processes.
• Lead process improvement, automation, and technology enablement for external workforce operations.
• Develop SOPs, dashboards, metrics, and program insights to inform leadership decisions.
